Class Descriptions: Which are right for you?
Fitness Flex
This weight training workout uses energetic music and has been carefully designed for everyone- from beginner to advanced. You will leave having worked every muscle in your body while feeling energized and pumped up!!!!
Pilates
This is an amazing workout for your core. If you need to strengthen your abs and back then this is it! If you need to work on your posture, then this is it!! If you need to lengthen your spine, you guessed it: THIS IS IT!!!!
Flex Pilates
This alternative workout is a combination of both Fitness Flex and Pilates. It provides the benefits of both. After each class, you’ll walk away toned, stronger, and energized!!
Circuit Training
This energized workout has a little bit of everything. Feel like you don’t get enough cardio? You get it here! Feel like you don’t get enough weight training? You get it here! Cardio & weight training in combination in the energizing workout.
Yogalaties
You guessed it!!! This class is a combination of pilates and yoga for the core workout and relaxtion plus workout just for you. And yes we have it for the kids!
AssKicker
That is right prepare to get your butt kicked!! Even more so that usual. This class is an hour & a half of circuit, fitness flex & pilates. Push yourself out of that comfort zone!!!
Kick Boxing
Lets get ready to move. Tone everything!! No jumping just punching & kicking. You will feel everything working.
Kick/Flex
A combination of kickboxing and muscle work.
Spin/Flex
Get your cardio right here!!! 4 minutes on the spin bike 4 min of weights. Or, you can do a full fit flex class.
Spin
A kick butt class that you won't soon forget!!! Up hills, down hills and cross country. Remember you cannot get off and walk the bike up the hills in this class.
Equalizer/Resist a Ball
This is a class where you are required to do all of the exercises using a ball, bar and your body weight! The best exercises you can do are ones that involve you using your own weight for resistance. Come out and try!!!
PLEASE NOTE: Each class on the schedule represents A 5 week session.

Due to limited spaces, payment is required when you register. No registration will be taken without payment.

Pilates classes have maximum of 10 participants and the cost is $10 per class ($75/session).

Fitness Flex & Flex Pilates have a maximum of 8 participants and the cost is $15 per class ($75/session)

Circuit Training classes have a maximum of 11 participants and the cost is $15 per class ($75/session)

Ass Kicker classes have a maximum of 8 participants and the cost is $20 per class ($100/session)

Kickboxing classes have a maximum of 10 participants and the cost is $15 per class ( $75/session) If you would like to have your own gloves for these classes the first session cost is $115.

Kick/Flex classes have a maximum of 8 participants and the cost is $15 per class ( $75 per session)
PLEASE NOTE: If you spend $200 or more on original registration you may come to as many extra classes in a week as you want as long as there is space in the class.
